Founded in 2008, C&V Senior Care brings over 60 years of combined experience in senior care through its founders, Verna Carson, Katherine Vanderhorst, and partner Dr. Amy Craven. Nationally recognized for their expertise in behavioral health and Dementia care, they’ve published key research on its clinical and cost effectiveness in home health care.

C&V specializes in developing and supporting profitable dementia and behavioral health programs. Their deep clinical backgrounds allow them to empathize with families while mentoring caregivers, nurses, and therapists in the field. Dr. Craven adds further specialization in Alzheimer’s, dementia, and neurorehabilitation.

We offer on-site and online training, as well as operational and marketing support for Home Health Agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and more.

For organizations, partnering with C&V helps unlock new Medicare revenue streams, improve patient outcomes, reduce staff turnover, and become leaders in dementia and behavioral health care. For families, C&V helps you better manage your family member's care and helps take the stress out of caring for an elderly individual.
