Clinical Support
Our clinical training and support are the key aspect of our programs. We offer on-site Alzheimer's care training that will teach your staff how to manage the changing needs of patients, including ongoing support through monthly clinical webinars. The training is further supplemented with our Careguides, which are are "mini-diagnosis specific programs," designed for an interdisciplinary approach to managing a particular clinical issue.
The Careguides contain all the information needed to manage the behaviors associated with a specific diagnosis, including standards of assessment, assessment tools, and standardized patient/resident/family/para-professional teaching tools written at an elementary school reading level.
The clinical training is further supplemented by addtional materials, including our behavior cards, which are convient "cheat sheets" for professionals and paraprofessionals that provide a quick reference for managing a variety of challenging behaviors. We also provide competency based testing to ensure mastery of the material and award certificates upon completion of our copyrighted program.

The Becoming an Alzheimer’s Whisperer® Training Program is a person-centered program that provides an interdisciplinary approach that assesses cognitive and functional levels of the person with Alzheimer’s. Based on that assessment, teaches caregivers strategies to manage the challenging behaviors associated with the Alzheimer’s. The program assists the families to maintain their loved one at home, in the least restrictive level of care, and it also creates a caregiving environment that allows those with Alzheimer’s to have their needs appropriately assessed and met so they can function at their optimal level.
This program is appropriate for Home Health Care, Home Care Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, CCRC's, Board and Care Homes – all levels of dementia care
Operational Support
Our operational support centers on our on-site training and telephone support. Our Becoming an Alzheimer's Whisperer Manual provides rules of care, assessment tools, discipline-specific plans of care, goals for care, teaching tools. These manuals are available for Certified Home Health, Private Duty Home Care and Residential Living programs.
We help to implement step-by-step planning with each agency to ensure readiness to accept referrals at the conclusion of the training program.
Business Development Support
Our marketing and business development program focuses on our Developing Your Market and Taking Your Share in Alzheimer's Care Manual, which serves as a "how-to" on growing referrals in the Dementia marketplace. We provide further marketing support via educational seminars that are appropriate for health care professionals, para-proffesionals, families, and all potential referral sources. Our marketing support that also includes field visits. In order to fully establish your market, we also help to organize community presentations and educational programs to establish your organization in the community.
We also provide a pro-forma, which details the revenue potential for your business.
